About the company

Black Point SA is a Poland-based manufacturer and distributor of toners and inks for the printing devices. The Company's offer comprises approximately 250 models of toners, inks and photo paper for computer peripherals, as well as tapes for dot matrix printers and thermal transfer rolls for fax machines. The Company's offer comprises wholesale trade of products for printing devices of such brands as Hewlett Packard, Brother, Citizen, Epson, Erika, Oki, Olympia, Panasonic, Seikosha, Star, Printronix, Lexmark, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated one direct 99.9%-owned subsidiary Eco Service Sp. z o.o., as well as two indirect subsidiaries, TBG Herne GmbH and Eco China.
