Cadbury Nigeria Plc is a Nigeria-based company. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of fast-moving consumer goods for both the Nigerian market and exports. The Company’s segments include Refreshment Beverages, Confectionery, and Intermediate Cocoa Products. The Refreshment Beverages segment manufactures and sells the brands CADBURY BOURNVITA and CADBURY 3-in-1 HOT CHOCOLATE. The Confectionery segment involves the manufacturing and sale of brands such as TOMTOM CLASSIC, CANDY CARAMEL, CANDY COFFEE, BUTTERMINT, and CLORETS. The Intermediate Cocoa Products segment covers the manufacturing and sale of products such as COCOA POWDER, COCOA CAKE, and COCOA BUTTER. The Cocoa Processing factory in Ondo State produces a variety of intermediate products, including all the cocoa powder required for production at the Ikeja Plant. The parent entity of the Company is Cadbury Schweppes Overseas Limited.
