Its segments include Retail, Financial Services, and CT REIT. Retail segment is conducted under a number of banners, including Canadian Tire, Canadian Tire Gas+ (Petroleum), Mark’s, PartSource, Party City in Canada, and various SportChek banners. Retail also includes the Dealer Loan Program through which Franchise Trust issues loans to certain dealers. Non-CT REIT real estate is included in Retail. Financial Services segment issues Canadian Tire's Triangle brand credit cards, including Triangle Mastercard, Triangle World Elite Mastercard, and Cash Advantage Mastercard. CT REIT segment is a closed-end real estate investment trust. CT REIT holds a diversified portfolio of properties in Canada, comprising Canadian Tire banner stores.
