It has three industrial units in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, located in the city of Montes Claros, Para de Minas and Itauna. The Company distributes its products in Brazil, Argentina and the United States, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiary was Santanense Argentina SA.
