About the company

Gabriel Holding A/S is a Denmark-based holding company engaged in the supply of furniture fabrics to manufacturers of upholstered furniture, seats and surfaces. Its portfolio comprises woolen, washable, welded, mesh and screen fabrics, as well as lamination, welding, silent solution, embroidery and printing services. The Company operates within two business areas, namely Contract, which offers business furniture and upholstered surfaces for transport vehicles, theaters, concert halls, auditoriums and hospitals, among others, and Home, which offers furniture and upholstered surfaces for private homes, such as beds and sound-absorbing materials. As of September 30, 2013, the Company had four wholly owned subsidiaries, such as Gabriel A/S, ZenXit A/S and Gabriel Ejendomme A/S, based in Denmark, as well as Gabriel (Tianjin), based in China. As of September 30, 2013, its largest shareholder was Gabol A/S, which held 40% of the Company’s shares.
