The Company’s subsidiaries are active in such countries, as New Zealand, Norway, Canada, Lithuania, the United States, Cayman Islands, Denmark, Ireland and Iceland. Additionally, as of December 31, 2011, the Company owned 9.43% of shares of HB Grandi hf.
