Nicotiana BT Holding AD has two main subsidiaries: Mehanika AD in which it holds 99.3%, a wholly owned Nikotiana Liyf EAD and one affiliated company, Nikotiana-Haskovo OOD with 50%. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Ledra Holding with a stake of 65.98%.
