The Company’s 100%-owned Kossou Gold Project is located approximately 20 kilometers (kms) northwest of the capital city of Yamoussoukro and is directly adjacent to one of the region’s largest gold mines with established processing facilities. The Kossou Permit covers approximately 110.2 square kilometers (km2). The Company is advancing exploration at its Kotobi Permit, which is located in the administrative departments of Arrah, Bongouanou and Daoukro covering approximately 301.75 km2. The Company's permit application for the Bocanda South covers approximately 341.63 km2. It has an earn-in agreement on the Prospective Yakasse Gold Project in Cote d’Ivoire. The Yakasse Project (approximately 74.06 km2 permit application) is located approximately 100 kms northeast of Abidjan.
