It owns a hotel, which is operated under the name St. Regis Goa Resort. The hotel is a five-star resort spread approximately 48.69 acres of peninsular land which has Arabian Sea on two sides and the river Sal on the eastern side. It has over 206-room beach-spa resort with seven restaurants, pool areas, golf course, and conferencing facilities. Its subsidiaries include Metrod (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Metrod Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd, among others.
