Regional Express Holdings Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in the provision of air services, including the transportation of passengers and freight, along with aeromedical services and pilot training. The Company's segments include regular public transport, charter and other, and training. The Company has a regional and domestic airline, Rex, operating a fleet of approximately 57 Saab 340 and nine Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft to 56 destinations throughout all states in Australia. In addition to the airline Rex, the Company comprises wholly owned subsidiaries, including Pel-Air Aviation (air freight, aeromedical and charter operator) and the two pilot academies, Australian Airline Pilot Academy with campuses in Wagga Wagga and Ballarat, and propeller maintenance organization, Australian Aerospace Propeller Maintenance. The Company, through National Jet Express (NJE), operates fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) charter and freight services.
