Sacyr SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in global infrastructure development. The Company has three business lines with synergies and vertical integration between them: Concessions, which is the engine of growth of the group and is focused on Greenfield projects with low demand risk, as well as it manages a portfolio of toll roads, hospitals, airports, and transport hubs; Engineering and infrastructure, which is focused on infrastructure development, mainly own concessions and, to a lesser extent, on the execution of pure construction projects; and Sacyr Agua, which works on the management of the integral water cycle and develops projects for the design, construction, renovation, maintenance and operation of water treatment plants.
