Stef SA, formerly known as STEF-TFE SA, is a France-based company primarily engaged in the transportation of refrigerated and frozen goods. The Company has three divisions: Transport unit, responsible for transportation of fresh and frozen products and seafood; Logistics unit, responsible for logistics of fresh and frozen goods for manufacturers, mass retailers, food service outlets and catering and IT Systems unit, which is responsible for STEF software and on customer-oriented software. STEF SA operates through subsidiaries, including STEF-TFE Transport, STEF-TFE International, Agrostar, among others. The Company is present in France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Benelux, among others. It operates through Speksnijder Transport BV, Vers-Express Koel-Vries Logistiek BV and Transports Badosa, among others.
