The Company's revenues come mainly from the incorporation and sale of autonomous units, under the Tenda and Alea brands, aimed at the affordable housing segment. Alea operates as an off-site housing construction platform - which consists of producing houses in a factory environment using wood-frame panels, only assembling them on the construction site. The Company is a part of the Minha Casa Minha Vida (MCMV) program, a housing initiative of the federal government of Brazil.
