GSH South Carolina segment consists primarily of the Company’s homebuilding operations in South Carolina and a small number of operations in Georgia. Rosewood segment consists of the Company’s operations focused on delivering second and third move-up homes in the South Carolina. Other segment consists of homebuilding operations in Raleigh and mortgage operations conducted through a mortgage banking joint venture, Homeowners Mortgage, LLC. It leases local offices in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Mauldin, South Carolina and Raleigh, North Carolina. It has delivered approximately 15,000 homes.
