About the company

UH Real Estate Investment Trust (the Fund) is a Nigeria-based close-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Fund is primarily involved in acquiring investment properties which are held for capital appreciation. The Fund is a hybrid REIT which provides Unit Holders access to investments in approved portfolio. The Fund is established to provide an opportunity for a number of investors to share the ownership of a group of real estate assets through the medium of a Fund that buys, develops, manages and sells real estate assets. It is managed by SFS Capital Nigeria Limited, with United Capital Trustees Limited as the trustee.
