The Company operates a dividend investment scheme, giving shareholders the option of investing their dividends in new ordinary shares in the Company with the benefit of the tax reliefs available to VCT subscribers. The Company’s portfolio of investments includes software/electronics, healthcare/biotechnology, consumer, services, industrial/manufacturing and others. Mercia Fund Management Limited is the investment manager of the Company.
