OSAKA Titanium technologies Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of titanium. The Company operates in three business segments. The Titanium segment manufactures and sells titanium sponges, titanium ingots, titanium tetrachloride, titanium tetrachloride aqueous solution and others. The Polysilicon segment is engaged in the provision of semiconductor-grade polysilicon. The Functional Material segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of functional titanium and silicon products, including high-purity titanium, titanium powder, silicon monoxide and titanium low oxygen powder (TILOP), among others. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had two associated companies.
