Philippine National Bank (the Bank) provides banking and other financial services to corporate, middle-market and retail customers, the National Government, local government units and government-owned and controlled corporations and various government agencies. The Bank offers deposit-taking, lending, bills discounting, foreign exchange dealing, investment banking, fund transfers/remittance servicing and a range of retail banking and trust services. Its segments include Retail Banking, which offers individual customer's deposits, consumer type loans, credit card facilities and fund transfer facilities; Corporate Banking, which offers loans and other credit facilities and deposit accounts for corporate and institutional customers, and Treasury, which provides money market, trading and treasury services, as well as the management of the Bank's funding operations by use of government securities and placements and acceptances with other banks, through treasury and wholesale banking.
