Mr. R. Stanton Dodge is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Dish Network Corp., since June 2007. He is responsible for all legal and government affairs for DISH Network and its subsidiaries. Mr. Dodge has served on the Board of Directors of EchoStar since March 2009. Mr. Dodge also served as EchoStar’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from October 2007 to November 2011 pursuant to a management services agreement between DISH Network and EchoStar. Since joining DISH Network in November 1996, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility in DISH Network’s legal department.

Mr. James DeFranco is Executive Vice President, Director of Dish Network Corp. He has been one of the vice presidents and a member of the Board since formation. During the past five years he has held various executive officer and director positions with DISH Network and subsidiaries. Mr. DeFranco co-founded DISH Network with Charles W. Ergen and Cantey M. Ergen in 1980.

Mr. W. Erik Carlson is Executive Vice President - DNS and Service Operations of Dish Network Corp. He is responsible for overseeing the company's residential and commercial installations, customer billing and equipment retrieval and refurbishment operations. Mr. Carlson previously was Senior Vice President of Retail Services, a position he held since mid-2006. He joined DISH Network in 1995 and has held operating roles of increasing responsibility over the years.

Mr. Thomas A. Cullen is Executive Vice President - Corporate Development of Dish Network Corp. Mr. Cullen served as the company's Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Programming from April 2009 until July 2011 and as the company's Executive Vice President, Corporate Development from December 2006 until April 2009. Before joining DISH Network, Mr. Cullen served as President of TensorComm, a venture-backed wireless technology company. From August 2003 to April 2005, Mr. Cullen was with Charter Communications Inc., serving as Senior Vice President, Advanced Services and Business Development from August 2003 until he was promoted to Executive Vice President in August 2004.

Mr. Roger J. Lynch is Executive Vice President - Advanced Technologies of Dish Network Corp., since November 2009. Mr. Lynch also serves as EchoStar’s Executive Vice President, Advanced Technologies. In addition, in July 2012, Mr. Lynch was named Chief Executive Officer of DISH Digital Holding L.L.C., an entity which is owned two-thirds by the company and one-third by EchoStar (“DISH Digital”). Prior to joining DISH Network, Mr. Lynch served as Chairman and CEO of Video Networks International, Ltd., an internet protocol television (“IPTV”) technology company in the United Kingdom from 2002 until 2009.

Mr. Dave Shull has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of Dish Network Corp. Previously Mr. Shull was senior vice president of programming at DISH, where he was responsible for the acquisition and renewal of programming content, which includes national cable channels, Latino and international content, local broadcast stations and premium services such as HBO, Showtime and Starz. He also oversaw the DISH Cinema, DISHWorld and digital content businesses. Mr. Shull joined DISH in 2004 as director and assistant to Chairman Charlie Ergen. He served numerous roles at DISH's headquarters in the U.S., including vice president of U.S. operations, and spent three years in Hong Kong as managing director of EchoStar International. Before his time at DISH, Mr. Shull held various leadership positions with venture capital funded high-tech companies involved in the enterprise software industry and as a principal at strategy consulting firm, the Parthenon Group.

Mrs. Cantey M. Ergen is Director of Dish Network Corp., since May 2001. Mrs. Ergen since May 2001, is currently a Senior Advisor. Mrs. Ergen served as a member of the board of directors of Children’s Hospital Colorado from 2001 to 2012, and is now an honorary lifetime member. Mrs. Ergen also served on the board of trustees of Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation from 2000 to 2001. Mrs. Ergen co-founded DISH Network with, Charles W. Ergen, and James DeFranco, in 1980.

Mr. David K. Moskowitz is Director of Dish Network Corp. Mr. Moskowitz is one of the Company's Senior Advisors and was an Executive Vice President as well as Secretary and General Counsel until 2007. Mr. Moskowitz joined the company in March 1990. He was elected to the Board in 1998. Mr. Moskowitz performs certain business functions for the company and its subsidiaries from time to time. From October 2007 until May 2012, Mr. Moskowitz served as a member of the board of directors of EchoStar.

Mr. Carl E. Vogel, CPA, is Director of Dish Network Corp., since May 2005. He served as President from September 2006 until February 2008 and served as Vice Chairman from June 2005 until March 2009. From October 2007 until March 2009, Mr. Vogel served as the Vice Chairman of the board of directors of, and as a Senior Advisor to, EchoStar. From 2001 until 2005, Mr. Vogel served as the President and CEO of Charter Communications Inc. (“Charter”), a publicly-traded company providing cable television and broadband services to approximately six million customers. Prior to joining Charter, Mr. Vogel worked as an executive officer in various capacities for companies affiliated with Liberty Media Corporation. Mr. Vogel was one of executive officers from 1994 until 1997, including serving as President from 1995 until 1997. Mr. Vogel is also currently serving on the boards of directors of Shaw Communications, Inc., Sirius, Universal Electronics, Inc. and Ascent Media Corporation.

Mr. Steven R. Goodbarn is Independent Director of Dish Network Corp., since December 2002. Since July 2002, Mr. Goodbarn has served as director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Secure64 Software Corporation, a company he co-founded. Mr. Goodbarn was Chief Financial Officer of Janus Capital Corporation (“Janus”) from 1992 until late 2000. During that time, he was a member of the executive committee and served on the board of directors of many Janus corporate and investment entities. Mr. Goodbarn is a CPA and spent 12 years at Price Waterhouse prior to joining Janus.

Mr. Gary S. Howard is Independent Director of Dish Network Corp., since November 2005. Mr. Howard has served on the board of directors of Interval Leisure Group, Inc., since August 2008. Mr. Howard served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Media Corporation from July 1998 to February 2004 as well as serving on Liberty Media Corporation’s board of directors from July 1998 until January 2005. Additionally, Mr. Howard held several executive officer positions with companies affiliated with Liberty Media Corporation.

Mr. Tom A. Ortolf is Independent Director of Dish Network Corp., since May 2005. Mr. Ortolf has been the President of CMC, a privately held investment management firm, for nearly twenty years. The Board has determined that Mr. Ortolf meets the independence requirements of NASDAQ and SEC rules and regulations. Since October 2007, Mr. Ortolf has also served as a member of the board of directors of EchoStar.
