Mr. Edwin Soeryadjaya has been President Commissioner of PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk since March 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Southern California in 1974. Edwin is a major shareholder of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya, which since 2004 has been a major beneficial owner of the Company. He currently serves as the President Commissioner of major companies, including PT Adaro Energy Tbk and PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya. Formerly, he held several positions at PT Astra International (“Astra”) from 1978 to 1993, the latest as V ice President Director. From 1987 to 1990, Edwin Soeryadjaya was involved in the restructuring of Astra and in 1990, successfully led Astra’s IPO.
