Objective

To deliver attractive returns to Shareholders principally in the form of capital growth yet with some prospect of income, by investing in the securities of companies involved in the exploration, development, and production of energy.

Management & contract fees

Investment Manager is entitled to a fee of 1.375% p.a. of the total assets (less current liabilities but inclusive of bank borrowings). Performance fee payable at the rate of 20% of outperformance above an 8% p.a. hurdle with high watermark provision. The Investment Management Agreement is terminable on 12 months' written notice. by either party.
