Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of the Company has today declared the payment of a second interim dividend of 1.20 pence per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30 September 2022.
The dividend will be paid on 24 June 2022, to shareholders on the register as at 6 June 2022. The ex-dividend date is 1 June 2022.
This will be the Company's final dividend before the proposals for the voluntary liquidation of the Company are put to shareholders at the General Meeting to be held on Monday, 13th June 2022.
