TORONTO , May 13, 2025 /CNW/ - Lilly Canada is pleased to announce that Mounjaro^® KwikPen^® (tirzepatide injection) is now available in Canada in all doses, offering a convenient treatment option for adults with type 2 diabetes. Mounjaro^® is the first and only Health Canada-authorized once-weekly glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist and is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes.¹

Mounjaro^® KwikPen^® is a multi-dose single-patient-use prefilled pen. Each Mounjaro^® KwikPen^® contains four fixed doses of 0.6 mL, each dose taken once weekly.² It is available in six different dose strengths (2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg),³ providing healthcare providers with the ability to personalize treatment plans to better meet individual patient needs.
