LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 2026-- Shareholders of Bunge Global SA (NYSE: BG) approved a cash dividend in the amount of $2.88 per share, payable in four equal installments of $0.72, at the Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting held in Geneva, Switzerland, today (“AGM”). The quarterly dividends, which represent an increase of $0.02 per share from last year, will be paid as indicated below:
