Use the navigator to explore the various end points available on the Markets data API suite. Endpoints are grouped together based on the collection of data they represent. All API returns will be in JSON format. JSONP is supported but discouraged as all APIs are CORS enabled.
All APIs require an access key. This can be passed in either in the query string as source or in the request header as X-FT-Source. All example requests made through these docs will have a temporary source provided. Please note, the docs access key will change frequently. Do NOT use the docs access key in your product as the requests will unexpectedly fail when the access key changes.
API access can only be provided to those within the FT organisation given strict data contracts with the provider.
