Prva Strategicka as is a Slovakia-based company engaged in the reduction of claims to ensure payment of overdue receivables. The Company was established in 1996 as an investment trust through a merger with Harvardsky rastovy investicny fond Slovakia as (Harvard Growth Investment Fund, Slovakia, as). As of December 31, 2011, it was a parent entity of Chemolak as, where it owned a 65.75% stake. Through Chemolak as, the Company possesses two wholly owned subsidiaries, including Chemolak Secent sro and Realchem Praha sro, as well as 76.06%-owned company Chemolak Trade spol. sro and 50%-owned company IBA Chemolak sro. The Company also held a 32.98% stake in Plastika as Nitra and minority stakes in PVT Bratislava as CS, PVT Bratislava as SK and Druha Strategicka as Bratislava.
