About the company

AST Groupe SA is a France-based company engaged in the construction and land development businesses. The Company acts as project manager and specializes in coordinating construction and promotion of individual houses situated in various regions of France, such as Rhone-Alpes, Bourgogne, Franche-Comte, Provence, Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyrenees and Ile de France. In addition, the Company is involved in land development, as well as the purchase of land and its division into plots, rendering them viable for building. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through wholly owned subsidiaries, such as Evolim, AST Services, Pobi Structures SARL, Pobi Charpentes SA and Microsit SA, among others. In June 2014, its affliate, AST Fund Solutions, LLC, has completed acquisition of D.F. King & Co., Inc. (D.F. King) and its operating businesses and Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. (Donlin Recano).
