About the company

BCI Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mineral resources company, which is engaged in developing an industrial minerals business with salt and potash as its initial focus. The Company is focused on its 100% owned Mardie Salt and Potash Project, which is located is located approximately 80 kilometers from Karratha on the Pilbara coast of Western Australia (WA). The Company’s projects also include Iron Valley and Carnegie Potash. Iron Valley Project is a mine located in Central Pilbara, which is being operated by Mineral Resources Limited under a royalty-type agreement. The Carnegie Project is a potash exploration project located approximately 220 kilometers northeast of Wiluna, which consists of one granted exploration license. It holds royalties over the Koodaideri South and North Marillana Extension tenements. Its subsidiaries include BC Iron Nullagine Pty Ltd, BCI (SA) Pty Ltd, BC Potash Pty Ltd, BC Gold Pty Ltd, BC Pilbara Iron Ore Pty Ltd, and PEL Iron Ore Pty Ltd.
