Avingtrans PLC is an international engineering company. The Company designs, manufactures and supplies original equipment, systems and associated aftermarket services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors. The Company’s divisions include Energy Advanced Engineering Systems (AES) and Medical & Industrial Imaging (MII). Its AES division is engaged in the design, manufacture, integration and servicing of an extensive product portfolio including specialist motors, pumps, turbines, compressors, pressure vessels and containers. Its AES division consists of Hayward Tyler's units in the United Kingdom (in Luton and East Kilbride), the United States (in Vermont and Michigan), China and India, and Metalcraft, Ormandy, Composite Products, Booth Industries and Slack and Parr. Its MII division is engaged in the production of compact helium-free magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) systems and 3D X-ray systems.
