East African Breweries PLC is a Kenya-based company, which is engaged in the branded alcohol beverage business. The Company is involved in marketing, production and distribution of a collection of brands that range from beer, spirits to adult non-alcoholic drinks, across East Africa, with operations in the three core markets of Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. It is also focused on brewing, marketing and selling drinks, malt and barley. The Company offers various brands, which include Balozi Lager, Bell Lager, Guinness Smooth, Hop Houses 13, Pilsner Lager, Tusker Lite, Tusker Malt Lager, WhiteCap Light, Black & White, Chrome Vodka, Gilbey’s Dry Gin, Captain Morgan and others. The Company exports to South Sudan, Rwanda, Burundi and the Great Lakes region. The Company's subsidiaries include Kenya Breweries Limited, Serengeti Breweries Limited, East African Maltings (Kenya) Limited, Uganda Breweries Limited, International Distillers Uganda Limited and others.
