The Company has interests in approximately 648,000 square meters of retail and office investment properties in gateway cities in China, such as Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu, as well as Singapore, London and Australia; six PBSA properties in the United Kingdom, with 902 beds; and over 249,000 square meters of residential and mixed-use development properties predominantly held for sale. It also owns Top Spring International Holdings Limited, a China property developer.
