Mobotix AG is a Germany-based provider of Internet protocol (IP) video solutions, as well as video management software (VMS) and video analysis software. The Company develops and produces cameras with digital image sensors, integrated personal computers (PCs) and network connection, and are equipped with storage, alarm and telephony functions. In addition, it offers various related services, and operates offices in Germany, the United States, Spain, France, Japan and Australia.
