The Company’s main assets include: 2% royalty on the Minago nickel project in the Thompson nickel belt, Manitoba, 2% royalty on the Gibellini vanadium project in Nevada, 2% royalty on the Pulacayo-Paca silver-lead-zinc project in Potosi, Bolivia, A certain royalty on the Ulaan Ovoo coal project in Mongolia and others. The Minago property is located in northern Manitoba, Canada within the southern part of the Thompson Nickel Belt, approximately 107 kilometers north of the Town of Grand Rapids, Manitoba and 225 kilometers south of the City of Thompson, Manitoba. The Minago Project comprises 94 mining claims and two mining leases. The Gibellini vanadium project comprises the Gibellini, Bisoni and Louie Hill vanadium deposits and associated claims located in the State of Nevada, United States.
