Pacific Coast Bankers' Bancshares is a bank holding company for Pacific Coast Bankers' Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a state-chartered bank and a Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) member. The Bank provides a full range of correspondent services to financial institutions throughout the United States, including cash management, advisory, hedging, cash letter settlement, lending, foreign exchange, and other services. The Bank provides a set of banking products and advisory services, which include correspondent banking, lending solutions and advisory services. Correspondent banking includes cash management and international banking services. The lending solutions include loan participation, commercial and industrial (C&I) loans and loan hedging solutions. The advisory services include risk management and profitability services. The Bank offers international banking, including international payments, foreign checks and banknotes, foreign exchange (FX) forward contracts, and strategic alliances.
