About the company

Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is principally engaged in the development of real estate projects, industrial estate and building rental. It develops and manages industrial estates and logistics parks with utilities and facilities under the eco-industrial-based design providing green areas. The Company manages and develops real estates and different types of factory buildings and warehouses for rent. Its Industrial estates and logistics park are located in the eastern economic corridor (EEC). It has approximately six projects in operation located in Sriracha District, Chonburi one project under development located in Pluak Daeng District and Nikhom Phatthana District, Rayong. Its customer by industry includes auto parts, metal, plastic, machinery and household, electronics, and others.
