North Energy ASA is a Norway-based industrial holding company, primarily focusing on industrial investments based on active ownership. North Energy’s mandate from shareholders is to own, manage and provide financing for activities within the energy industry, and other industries where the Company has relevant competence. North Energy seeks out investments in both listed and unlisted companies and can acquire shares either in secondary markets or through participating in primary issues.
