Subscription and conversion of convertible loan

Further to the announcement made on 29 July 2020, the Company is pleased to announce that 2,500,000 new ordinary shares issued to Intrinsic Capital Jersey Limited and 2,114,069 new ordinary shares issued to Chris Jeffries have been admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise of 441,124,826 ordinary shares.  This figure of 441,124,826 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
