About the company

American Rare Earths Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company owns the Halleck Creek and La Paz rare earth deposits. Its flagship project is Halleck Creek, located in the Central Laramie Mountains, approximately 70 kilometers (km) northeast of Laramie, and 30 km southwest of Wheatland, Wyoming and covers over 3304 hectares. Through its wholly owned subsidiary Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc., it controls approximately 367 unpatented lode mining claims and four Wyoming State Mineral Leases. Its 100% owned La Paz Rare Earth Project, which is located in La Paz County, Arizona, approximately 170 kilometers northwest of Phoenix. The La Paz Project covers over 2779 hectares. Its projects also include Beaver Creek and Searchlight properties. It is also focused on evaluating other exploration opportunities and is collaborating with United States Government-supported research and development (R&D) to develop processing and separation techniques of rare earth elements.
