About the company

The Company mainly invests in office building in Tokyo area, Osaka city, Nagoya city and Fukuoka city to metropolitan area. Its property portfolio includes Ebisu Prime Square, Nishi Shinjuku KF Building, Sun Towers Center Building, Sendai Honcho Building and among others. The asset manager of the Fund is Invesco Global Real Estate Asia Pacific, Inc.
