Its commercial real estate loans consist primarily of first mortgage loans made for the purpose of purchase, refinance or build-out of tenant improvements on investor-owned multifamily residential (five or more units) properties. Its full-service branches in California are located in Sonoma, Marin, Santa Clara, and Los Angeles Counties.
