Auriant Mining AB, formerly Central Asia Gold AB, is a Sweden-based mining holding company focused on gold exploration and production in Russia, primarily in Zabaikalskiy region and the Republics of Khakassia and Tyva. It has four sites, including two producing mines, one early stage exploration property and one advanced exploration asset, namely Tardan, Solcocon, Uzhunzhul and Kara-Beldyr. The Company has around 10 wholly owned subsidiaries, including the directly held Tardan Gold LLC, LLC GRE 324, LLC Solococon, LLC Rudtechnologiya, LLC Guld Borzya, LLC Management Company CAG and LLC Burservice, the indirectly held LLC Uzhunzhul and LLC CAG Promstroy, and Kara-Beldyr.
