BD Multi Media SA, is a France-based company principally engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) and telecommunication services, as well as consulting. The Company specializes in two main areas: Payment Services, which includes micropayment, electronic commerce, prepaid bank cards, and Community Services. Its product portfolio includes StarPass, which includes a number of payment solutions; Toneo First, which is a prepaid rechargeable payment card launched in partnership with Mastercard, and Payment.net, which is an online payment processing platform regardless of the channel, including web or mobile allowing the sale of digital content or physical goods. Apart from France, BD Multi Media SA is present in Oceania, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brazil and Mexico. Its subsidiaries include BD Multimedia Hong-Kong Ltd, Paycom, Gayplanet and Distkoo, among others.
