The New Zealand segment comprises personal and business services. The Pacific segment provides products and services to retail customers, small to medium-sized enterprises, institutional customers and governments located in the Pacific Islands, which include retail products provided to consumers. The Group Centre segment provides support to the operating divisions, including technology, group operations, shared services, property, risk management, financial management, strategy, marketing, human resources, and corporate affairs.
