Barratt Homes focuses on providing homes for first time buyers and families, offering a range of properties across England, Scotland, and Wales. David Wilson Homes is engaged in building family homes. Barratt London is a residential developer and its portfolio in London is diverse and ranges from apartments and penthouses in Westminster to riverside communities in Fulham, and complex, mixed-use regeneration schemes in Hendon. Wilson Bowden Developments is its commercial development arm focused on retail, leisure, office, industrial, and mixed-use schemes.
