The Emerging Markets segment operates in Africa and manufactures and distributes meat, poultry, dairy and general food ingredients as well as baking ingredients and equipment; Asia and the Middle East operations distribute specialty products into the western-styled food market, and South American sources and distributes frozen, chilled and ambient local products.
