The Company’s primary assets are located in Uruguay, where the Company holds two high impact offshore exploration licenses, totaling 19,000 square kilometers (km2) (gross) and is partnered with Chevron on the AREA-OFF 1 block. Its blocks are AREA OFF-1 and AREA OFF-3. It is the operator of three producing fields, all onshore Trinidad. Across these fields there are a total 250 wells, of which approximately 60 are in production at any given time. Its assets include Goudron, Inniss-Trinity, and SWP. It is the 100% holder of four conjoined exploration licenses offshore The Bahamas.
