It operates through three segments: Building Products, Property and Aluminum. The Buildings Products segment is divided into three business units: Interior Systems, Masonry and Insulation, and Construction Systems. The manufacture and distribution of these products is supported by a network of 29 manufacturing sites and over 100 branded outlets and distribution centers across Australia and New Zealand. Its Property segment is engaged in the former manufacturing sites and industrial land, which has been through the rehabilitation, development and sale of such sites. Its Aluminum segment includes an 25.2% interest in the Tomago Aluminium smelter. The Company markets through various brands, such as AFS, Bradford, Cemintel, Gyprock, Hebel, Himmel, Martini, Monier, PGH, Potter.
