Its Payments segment includes African Resonance, Dashpay, LayUp and Halo Dot businesses. LayUp is a digital lay-by and recurring payments business with solutions for e-commerce and in-store purchases. The Software segment comprises two businesses: Synthesis and the Responsive Group. Both businesses are specialized software and systems developers, offering consulting, integration services and technology-based product solutions to banking, financial services, retail, telecommunications, healthcare and other enterprises in South Africa.
