About the company

GoldStone Resources Limited is a Jersey-based gold producer and explorer in the Ashanti Gold Belt in Ghana. The Company’s projects include Akrokeri Project and Homase Project. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Akrokeri Licence. The Licence is located approximately six Kilometers (km) along the strike from AngloGold Ashanti’s Obuasi Mine, which has a total historical and current resource in excess of 70M oz Au. The Company also holds a 90% interest in the Homase Licence. The Homase Open Pit is located approximately 12 Kilometers along the strike from AngloGold Ashanti’s Obuasi Mine which has a total historical and current resource in excess of 70M oz Au. The Company operates through two segments: Exploration and Evaluation and Corporate. The Exploration and Evaluation segment is presented as an aggregation of the Homase and Akrokeri licences (Ghana).
