It primarily invests in Belgian office buildings and logistic properties, located outside municipal centers. As of June 30, 2012, its property portfolio consisted of offices (62%) and logistic properties (38%). The Company’s offices have a total office space of 215.958 square meters, while its logistic properties have a total storage space of 358.063 square meters. Its properties are located in Antwerp - Malines, along the A12 and E19 motorways; Antwerp - Liege, along the E313, E34 and E314 motorways, as well as in Brussels. Its tenants are active in logistics, technology, trade, healthcare, production, automobile and financial sectors, among others.
